Hi! I'm Cartilyn Vega, Warlock of Dreams and Keeper of Destinies!
I'm an artist and sometimes streamer. When I stream, I'll either be streaming my art or streaming a game! I mostly depend on commissions to make ends meet, so do check out my VGen and Ko-Fi <3

Likes	Dislikes
Stories	Horror (scaredy cat QwQ)
RPGs (including TTRPGs)	PvP (so no Valo, OW, LoL, etc)
Animals (including monstrous ones)	Buggybugs (IRL)
Sweet tastes	Bitter tastes

Personal Boundaries

^{Just in general! It's ok when it's an accident, but I'll consider continuous behaviour even after being warned as harassment.}
I do not like to flirt nor be flirted at.
Doubly so when I'm in a committed relationship! Even if it's intended as a joke or otherwise unserious, it still makes me feel really awkward and uncomfortable.
Do not make lewd, NSFW, or ship art/scenarios with me.
Same reasoning as flirting, but a bit more severe. I'd rather keep things platonic :3
Do not ship my characters who are in an established relationship
The characters I write for hold a very special place in my heart. If my characters are in an established relationship, please respect it like you would a real relationship!

Where to Find Me

General Policy

DO NOT USE MY ART FOR AI OR NFT. Otherwise, personal and monetized content uses are okay.
The commissions you receive will be DIGITAL FILES. I do not offer printing services.

Will Do	Ask First
(Mostly) Humanoid Characters	Furries
Light scars/wounds	Mecha/Robots
SFW	NSFW
OCs/Fanart	Heavy gore

Payments

! Please do not use Ko-Fi's donation feature to pay for commissions !
It will be considered donation/tip rather than commission fee. Use VGen/Ko-Fi's commission request form instead, or contact me first so I can send you an invoice.Once we have agreed on the commission details, I'll be asking for 50% of the price upfront as a deposit and work with you for a rough sketch. Once the sketch is finalised, I'll ask for the remaining 50% to continue the commission. For a sketch style commission, I'll be asking for 100% of the price upfront instead.

Revisions

I allow a maximum of 3 revisions during sketching, and 2 minor revisions each during lineart and colouring.

Deadlines & Delivery

Expected delivery time will be communicated once the request is submitted and will vary depending on the complexity of the commission.

Refunds

I will not be providing a refund if you change your mind and cancel the commission! Instead, I will simply stop working on it and send you the files in whatever state it's in.

Intellectual Property Rights

I retain the rights to use your commission as promotion for my art and services.

A collection of my past works!
